UX Designer
I notice the little things, and I get stuck in rabbit holes trying to figure out why they matter. That's what I bring to research, strategy, and craft.
Selected Work

Adelique Africa supports children aged 8–13 through targeted literacy programmes. We redesigned its digital experience to build parent trust, clarify the programme offering, and reduce friction in enrollment.

The Private Student Accommodation Association (PSAA) supports the student accommodation sector. I designed and built its first digital membership platform to streamline registration, payments, certification, renewals, and member resource access within 30 days.

About Me
I'm Lazola, a UX designer based in South Africa, and my work starts from a background in sociology: studying how people behave in systems, not just what they click. That's the lens I bring into everything: I notice the little things most people scroll past, and I usually end up down a rabbit hole trying to figure out why they matter. I like being in the middle of it: research, strategy, and design rather than picking one and staying there. Usually the real problem turns out to be different from the one everyone started with anyway.
